7 wonders..
i bet everyone knows about 7 wonders of the world.. but how many can you name?? i onli managed 5.. out of which.. 1 was wrong.. coz all along i tot niagara falls was one of the 7 wonders.. *beep* i was wrong!!

since i have nothing better to do.. i figured i might as well.. once n for all.. do my research on the 7 wonders.. learnt a lot actualli.. :) different sites quotes different places.. but after sieving thru over 20 websites related to the 7 wonders.. here's the list.. *grin*

the 7 wonders of the natural world

1. Mount Everest in Nepal
2. Victoria Falls in Zambia/Zimbabwe
3. Grand Canyon in Arizona, USA
4. Great Barrier Reef in Australia
5. Aurora Borealis "Northern Lights"
6. Paricutin volcano in Mexico
7. Harbor of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

the 7 wonders of the ancient world (these are all man made)

1. The Great Pyramid of Egypt (only this has survived til today)
2. The Hanging Gardens of Babylon

according to this website, the great wall of china belongs to the 7 wonders of the medieval mind.. and my niagara falls belongs to the 7 forgotten natural wonders of the world.. wtf is that.. but if u go by that website.. i visited the empire state building.. which is under the 7 wonders of the modern world.. also the golden gate bridge when i was realli young.. haha under the forgotten wonders.. the sydney opera house (been inside.. performed in there..) n statue of liberty..
