FUNKAMANIA XI FINALS... well after reading maki's blog.. i suddenly lost all inspiration to blog bout funka.. in a sense this funka is so screwed up.. from prelims to finals.. the lights failed once again during the finals.. thank god it onli happened after all the teams have performed..
KNOCKOUT was great.. the best ever.. *pat* on the back.. even though u all din win.. i still love you gurls! *BIG HUG* it's just tough luck that the judging criteria changed this year and the screwed-up-as-usual cac-csc club din tell any of the contestants.. aiya it's just all screwed up... as quoted by maki..

nonetheless dance comps like this always gives mi inspiration to keep on dancing n improve my amateurish dancing skills.. ya lar im not good enuff.. i noe.. *shuts up*
the boys did great.. their 'shadow' effect was the best man! perfect! *two thumbs up* both knockout n

2nd.. even though they were no. 1 on my list.. according to feedback.. the battle part might have caused them the top spot.. but i felt it was so super duper good.. the winning team din realli deserve it.. NRA attitude won in case u dunno by now.. wad hiphop techniques?? yes i agree they look hip hop but techniques-wise? i tink the NRA's girls team is even better.. allegra was so power on stage.. eurhythmics was a let down.. i expected a good fight from them based on the prelims.. maybe they burned out.. smu over exaggerated by bringing their sch flag n this big drum to civic plaza.. this yr ntu din send in ani teams.. coz of *classified* reasons.. blast's senior team

third.. thanks to justis' guidance.. in a sense i was shocked when the results were announced.. many others were.. din think they would get placed.. ah well.. judge's opinion count the most.. so no more comments.. *zip*
some melvin guy from NRA won best male dancer n lovynn won best female.. honestly i feel michelle should have won it.. she realli shone that nite.. i was there.. power packed! but again judge's choice.. not mine.. speaking of lovynn.. gin n bf pulled out of illers for some supposedly internal problems.. politics.. *sigh* n replacing them was this ang moh babe.. jeanna.. wah lau.. breakdancer can.. she's so hot! but could tell she was super unsure of the steps.. n when interviewed she can so proudly say she just joined the team 2 days ago.. like wth.. pls have some respect for the comp n stop hao-lianing lar.. sigh.. yes lar u're good but at least say like 1 week or something.. sounds better lar.. so 2nd n 3rd placing goes to blast.. wish it was a blast take all nite.. but it wun happen.. somehow the white rhythm boys din wan lil white riding hoods to win.. ah well.. stupid reasons i feel.. but accepted..
went for dinner after the show.. n popped by cheryl's for a while.. had a nice long chat with her.. :) thanks babe.. for caring n sharing.. heh.. looking forward to more sessions in future *grin*
united groovers simply rocked man! all the best dancers on stage.. though it was a lil messy.. but it got mi so super high!! shulin as usual danced like a man! haha.. it looked as though the stage was gonna collapse.. jimmy n justis had a solo each.. i miss mr kong!!! sigh.. blast is so sian without him man.. teck chye, ti eu, taufik, ishi, awi, priscilla, fereh, platinum girls.. sensational!!! cant wait to see the video..
oh ya.. met felicia b4 the comp when i was with dawn n pam loitering around in taka.. i was kinda shocked coz she suddenly came up to me n said hi.. haha for a moment i couldnt recognise her.. sunglasses n cap.. do s'pore celebs realli have to go to such a extent so that pple wun recognise them?? fel's not the first one.. pple like olinda.. carole lim.. jaime yeo.. all same pattern one.. why ar?? wun dressing like that draw more attention to urself?? hmmz.. aniwae.. it's been a while since i last talked to fel.. kinda brought mi back to jc orientation days.. realli miss those days.. we had so much fun.. haha im glad everything's going on smoothly for her.. it's always nice keeping in touch with old frens..

BORING... yes i was mean i din go for the 2 birthday parties i was supposed to go to.. sorry jin.. sorry yun.. but i was realli feeling under the weather.. so cooped myself at home n tried not to talk whenever possible coz i lost my darn voice.. i sound 'sexy' now lar.. haha went for a car ride just now to fetch my grandma home..
for now the singtel gig beckons.. n we haven done anithing about it yet.. wed den meeting to do.. n the gig's next mon.. hmmz.. should be ok lar.. some parts can reuse steps.. *hush*
